There's a bed with a hand-painted "Southern" sign hanging over it, and honestly, that sign sets the tone for the whole place. Magnolia Cottage isn't styled off a mood board — it's a real cottage that's been put together by someone who actually cares about the details: a cream wrought-iron bed piled with sage-green florals, an eyelet-lace bed skirt, a dragonfly-print shower curtain in the bath, sage cabinetry in the kitchen under a rustic wood beam.

Out back, you'll find a patch of sunflowers and zinnias taller than the little iron garden fence meant to contain them — they didn't get the memo. Mornings are good for coffee at the bistro table under the umbrella, watching the bees work the zinnias. Evenings are good for the brick fireplace in the living room, rose garland draped over the mantel, two deep sofas and a broken-in black leather chair that's clearly everyone's favorite seat.

Two bedrooms — The iron-bed room under the "Southern" sign, and a second, quieter Master bedroom with a dark wood headboard, rust-toned florals, and a window bench for reading make it cozy and comfortable. Down the hall, even the laundry room got dressed up, with grey floral wallpaper behind the stacked washer and dryer, so a longer stay never turns into a chore.
Parking is private and on-site — the driveway fits two cars, no permits, no circling the block, no shared lot.

Cancellation Policy: Forty percent (40.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
